Recipe for a perfect Sunday

1. Get up late after waking up to blue skies

2. Juice and eat Finnish rye-bread with avocado while taking time reading the paper

3. Yoga

4. A session of paddle-boarding with friends followed by chilling on the beach watching kite surfers

5. Make home-made pizza (I have a really great recipe with arabic brown bread as base and hot salsa instead of tomato sauce, I’ll share it later)

6. Drink espresso martini’s with a girlfriend on the balcony in the warm evening breeze

7. Laugh to How I Met Your Mother with husband

8. Sleep



(This was 2 weeks ago, but that’s not important 😉 )
