(Recipe and “4 Healthy Smoothie Facts” by Young and Raw)
- 1 Rib of Celery
- 1 Frozen Banana
- ½ Cup of Raspberries or Blueberries
- 1 Handful of Kale or Spinach
- 1 Cup of Water or Coconut Water
- (I added 1 tbsp of Chia Seeds)
I used blueberries, spinach and coconut water. I really liked this one (as you can see from the picture, too busy enjoying it to remember to take a snap). Will for sure make it again. Maybe I’ll try it with rasberries and as soon as kale is back in season (out of stock in Dubai at the moment) I’ll try that, too.
